Mobility and Flexibility

Hey Yall, I just wanted to share who I follow to help with my flexibility and mobility issues. Tom Morrison on Youtube has some of the best videos I’ve come across when it comes to helping improve mobility and flexibility and many parts of the body. I’ve never been a huge stretcher, and I lift weights a lot, so I’ve always been lagging with my ability to move efficiently. His videos have helped me increase my range of motion in my shoulders, my hips, ankles, and pretty much everywhere else. I no longer have pain in my shoulders when pressing overhead, and my balance and stability have improved tremendously. Here’s one of the videos that has helped my shoulders improve the most.
