Hey Yall, I just wanted to share another exercise that’s been helping with my shoulder health. I recently discovered Lu Raises, which bring your shoulders through a full range of motion, and they seem to be helping with the little “clicking” noise I sometimes hear when doing some shoulder exercises. I do these with 3-5 pounds and will work my way up in weight as my shoulders feel better and better. Here’s a link to a demonstration if y’all are interested! Also, I use dumbbells as opposed to plates like he does. I’m not sure if it really matters, but I feel like I get a better range of motion and it’s more comfortable with dumbbells.
