I don’t know about you, but my calves have always been one of my biggest problems when trying to grow muscle. I’ve been training them for years and they just don’t seem to be growing very well. That being said, I just discovered the 90 degree bent calf raise from Jeff Nippard, a well trusted and experienced fitness trainer. I’m going to start trying these out and I’ll report back about how they work for me! I’ll also post the link below to his video about growing calves if you have trouble growing your calves as well!
